A 7-day silent, in-person retreat at beautiful Samish Island Campground. Runs from Sunday to Sunday, October 10 - 17, 2021.

Mindful Self-Compassion Residential Training (Skagit County)
A 5-day residential intensive format of the 8-week MSC class, offered in a beautiful retreat setting. Friday to Wednesday, October 22 - 27, 2021.
