King County Balanced You Program

We are the contracted provider of mindfulness services for King County. We've provided nearly 20 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses for their employee wellness program, Balanced You. Currently we're providing dozens of on-site workshops and classes including Getting Started with Mindfulness, Mindful Eating, Mindful Communication and Mindful Leadership.


Washington Physicians Health Program

We partnered with WPHP to provide our 5-week Mindfulness for Healthcare Professionals course in medical centers throughout the Puget Sound region, in Spokane, and in Mount Vernon. Currently we're engaged in developing an online version of this course to be offered state-wide with CME credits available.

University of Washington School of Medicine

Since 2012 we're been offering our Mindfulness for Healthcare Professionals class to residents, fellows, and staff physicians - co-sponsored by the Staff Wellness Committee and the Graduate Medical Education Department. Recently we started offering the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion class at UW Medical.

The Whole U (University of Washington)

We're offered a series of one-day workshops/retreats for the UW Community.

The Everett Clinic

We're excited to have scheduled our Mindfulness for Healthcare Professionals course with the provider team at the Everett Clinic.

Providence Health, Northwest Washington Group

After our successful 6-month program for mindfulness education and burnout prevention for a providers in Providence's NW region (Snohomish County) we're happy to be partnering with Providence NWG again to offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes for the Everett community.

King County Library System

We've offered half and full-day workshops for KCLS staff since 2015 with topics like Mindfulness at Work, Mindful Communication and Mindful Leadership. Currently we're excited to be involved in the new KCLS Leadership Development Program.
