Stone Blossom Sangha Stone blossom Sangha is a Buddhist meditation group that offers 3 different meditation gatherings on Wednesdays. They are also offering a "Living Zen" class at Wenatchee Valley College. This Sangha is led by Sharon "Meho" Petit, Todd "Daiko" Petit, and Karen. Leavenworth Mindfulness Sangha meets Sundays from 9:00-10:30 AM at Evolve: Local Yoga 11779 U.S. Hiway 2, Leavenworth, WA 98826. The group practices silent mindfulness meditation, guided meditation, and offer short teachings on mindfulness, lovingkindness, and self-compassion. Ginger facilitates this group, and is a registered Yoga teacher, long time Meditation practitioner, and a Mindfulness Teacher in Training. Dean Marson, a registered Yoga teacher and long time meditation practitioner co-facilitates the group.
Mindfulness Meditation Group begins Tuesday, January 29, 2019, and runs every third-Tuesday morning of the month from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m., at Cashmere, 203 Mission St., Suite 205. Join us for 30-minutes of mindfulness practice followed by a 20-minute debrief/sharing/verbal exchange. This group practice is open to all persons who have some experience with mindfulness or meditation, formal or informal, from all traditions. The shared intention of co-hosts Sonia Karumsi, MSPT, and Kari Lyons-Price, MSW, is to cultivate, nurture, and inspire a mindful community that can engage meaningfully and receive care and support from one another.
